International Copyright Law regulates the cross-border relationships between copyright owners and users in different countries and jurisdictions. International Copyright Law is embodied both in the affected national legal statutes, as well as in the international treaties and conventions for the protection of copyrights and neighboring rights, such as the Revised Berne Convention, the Universal Copyright Convention, and the TRIPS and WIPO agreements.
